 Introduction:-

               Vodka is a highly rectified sprit prepared from grain , potatoes,beet ,grapes,or molasses .  It is distilled in a patent still at a very high proof  _190 or higher. It is mostly filtered through activated charcoal or fine quartz sand to make it completely pure . The strength of the drink is brought down to the required level before bottling . In the past ,it was distilled only from potatoes but today it is made from grain ,mostly wheat ,rye,and corn.

• Gold vodka:- It is cask matured to get gold colour. Vodka is matured in the wooden cask to derive golden colour from the wood.
• Flavoured Vodka :- It is flavoured with various species ,herbs, and fruits .
