Boatel :- A restaurant or hotel on a boat in water . e.g. houseboat, ship , cruise .
Lotel :- A hotel with a helipad . e.g . Burj al arab (Dubai ) .
Transit Hotel:- A hotel near the railway station, airports, and bus terminus.
Hotel Commercial:- Has a lot of facilities. Generally, businessmen stay here but tourists also.
